I don’t know where to begin with this review. But I DO know I am a “PAIN IN THE A…..” (My words to myself for sure!) when planning a vacation. Its so IMPORTANT to have everything I want because its much much more than a “VACATION”… To say I research and google and research more and ask a thousand questions I drive MYSELF on the brink!!
(I am SURE I am not alone with this either!! lol) Last Year I used a friend of mine that I had been to plan my trip and this year I decided to go with “Totally Trips” since I follow them on their FB PAGE and I know Jennifer through her successful side business “LILLA ROSE INC”. JENNIFER WAS SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!!!! NUMBER ONE IS HER PATIENCE!!!!!!!! NUMBER TWO WAS HER “FAST COMMUNICATION” in answering questions, etc. She truly cares and I never felt like she rushed me or thought a question was “dumb” or “stupid”….. She researched so many resorts and ironically I couldn’t find one that had what I had LAST year so I ended going back and the time I had was nothing BUT “PERFECTION”… From the moment we landed to the moment we came home! THANK YOU Aura Travel!! Thank you for spending SO MUCH time in helping me realize that I DID find my favorite resort in the end!
